SWASH

Swash’s cooling affect is too strong especially on sensitive parts of my body.

Some people react differently to the cooling affect that Swash gives to the body. Particularly on sensitive areas of the body. You can dilute Swash with water or dampen cloth with a little water. Then apply.

Can I use Swash prior to a workout or race?

Yes, some have. It gives your body a lift and will open the airway through the nasal passages with the smell of eucalyptus.

How should I apply Swash?

The label recommends that you apply Swash with a clean cloth or towel. This is to absorb all the dirt and sweat from your body and to leave you feeling refreshed. However, people have been applying Swash by hand or by spraying it onto the body just for the feeling it gives. Whatever method you use just remember to keep it out of your eyes and open wounds.

How long does a bottle last?

On average it should last about 10-12 applications. Everyone is different and the usage can vary. So more some less. But a small amount goes along way and last long in container as long as you keep it in cool dry place.

Can Swash just be used to relieve stressed muscles after a workout?

Yes. It aids in the cooling affect that goes straight to the muscles to help eliminate that tensed feeling. The Best way to applied it for this application is by hand and massage in. For more relief from muscle discomfort we recommend using our product EASE.

Does Swash leave a residue or dry out the skin?

No and no. Swash contains oils and herbs as part of it’s ingredients to help leave you skin soft and with no residue.

Can I use Swash on my hair and head?

Yes. Just follow the instructions for application on the back label.
Occasionally I will get chain grease on my leg. Will Swash clean the grease?
Sure it will. Swash cleans off tough road dirt, grease and grime that accumulates on the road.

I backpack. Is Swash good to have on the trail?

Yes. In fact it helps keep the insects away with the natural herbs it contains. And also eases the discomfort of minor insect bites.

After a long bike ride my butt is sore. Will this work on my butt?

Sure will. Have to warn you that it has a strong cooling affect on that real estate. But it will feel good.

I travel a lot. Is Swash good for traveling and sightseeing and not just for sports?

Sure is. Sometimes you don’t have time to freshen up. Swash is perfect for that.
I swim a lot. Will Swash help to remove the chorine odor?
Yes. It does a good job both cleansing and leaving the body smelling fresh. It works great after a day in the ocean too, cleansing and softening the skin.

EASE

My neck and shoulders are sometimes tensed after working at a computer all day. Will Ease help relieve the tension I feel in that area?

It sure will. Massage into the neck and shoulder areas and you should feel the tense feeling start to ease as it begins to relax the muscles.

I’m a masseuse and I am particular about the products I use on my clients. Is Ease a product that is good for massages and is it good for the skin?

Yes and yes. Ease has a relaxing effect on the muscles as it cools and simulates and is also good for the skin with it’s all natural herbal ingredients. What’s more, it has a pleasant fragrance.

After a hard workout or competition my muscles and joints ache. Will your product Ease help?

Ease was developed with the athlete in mind in order to help you recover quickly. Yes, you will find relief using Ease. Is Ease good for back pain?

You can use Ease on any part of the body except the eyes and it’s not made to take internally. Use it wisely and again if the pain persists or if there is serious bruising or discomfort you should consult with your health practitioner.

I cycle and do some racing. Will the product Prep help endurance?

Prep was designed to supply the necessary energy nutrients through the body tissue to the main muscle groups to help your muscles perform and last last longer. You will notice a difference using Prep.

I’m afraid to use some of these topical solutions because it may hinder the body from natural cooling itself through sweating?
